A non-refunable fee of $60.00 plus shipping, per set, which includes one (1) copy of the project manual and one (1) full size set of drawings. Payment must be recieved before release of documents. Checks shall be made payable to Johnson County Park and Recreation District. The project manual and drawings become the property of the propective bidder and are not returnable.
