The work consists of the following:

a. Construction of a new 80-foot diameter Primary Clarifier with flat aluminum cover.

b. Construction of a new Primary Sludge Pumping Station housing primary sludge and scum pumps.

c. Construction of a new Train 4 bioractor capable of biological nutrient removal.

d. Conversion of Trains 1, 2, and 3 bioreactor cabable of biological nutrient removal.

e. Installation of three new 500 horsepower, multi-stage centrifugal aeration blowers and blower piping modifications inside the existing Blower Building.

f. Construction of a new 80-floot diameter Final Clarifier with aluminum dome cover.

g. Conctruction of a new Return Activated Sludge/Waste Acticated Sludge pumping station housing return activated sludge and waste activated sludge pumps.

h. Construction of a new Sludge Fermenter and Fermenter Sludge Pumping Station housing fermenter feed pumps.

i. Replacement of the existing odor control fans in the wet-chemical odor control scrubber facilities.

j. Construction of a new Odor Control building housing odor control fans and an activated carbon canister odor control system.

k. Construction of a new Chemical Feed building, housing bulk ferric chloride storage tanks, ferric chloride metering and transfer pumps, and sodium bisulfite bulk tote storage and metering pumps.

l. Conversion of the existing wet-weather sewage lagoons to variable level flow equalization basins, including extension of existing concrete aprons, rehabilitation of existing floating suface aerators, and modifications to the influent and effluent structures.

m. Replacement of the existing of non-potable water pumps and strainers in the basement of the existing sodium hypochlorite feed building.

n. Modifications to the existing building heating water loop including the installation of a new heating water circulating pump in the anaerobic digester building.

o. Installation of a plant-wide control system that monitors and controls the liquid processes throughout the plant, including monitoring existing liquid processes and monitoring and controlling new liquid processes.

p. Installation of plant perimeter security cameras.

q. Construction of a new 30-inch diameter ductile iron force main.

r. Site work including installation of a new potable water system, and modifications to the plant service water and non-potable water system, installation of yard hydrants, storm drainage modifications, and construction of a new asphalt roadway, and repairs of existing roadway paving.
