The work includes but is not limited to: termite control, concrete (labor & materials), masonry (labor & materials), structural steel & misc. metals, carpentry/millwork, roofing & related metals, caulking, HM/wood foors & hardware, OH doors, glass & glazing, EIFS, drywall & metal studs, acoustical ceilings, floor coverings, ceramic tile, painting, specialties, escalators/elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Kelly Imaging for a Refundable fee of $75.00 per set if plans are returned to Kelly Imaging in good condition by June 3, 2003.
