Construction of a new 24,000 square foor addition to the existing Senior Assisted Living Facility in Lenexa, KS. The facility is constructed of both wood and steel structure with brick veneer over CMU and wood stud backup. The new addition houses 24 units, dining facilities, administration offices and support facilities.
