This project is limited to a select group of pre-selected, pre-qualified subs. You must have owner approval to order these plans.The work includes constructin of a single story, wood frame, low slope roof structure with lap siding and brick veneer exterior. The roof shall be of EPDM type material and shall be full adhered. The mechanical systems shall be Roof Top Units (RTU's) with ducted supply and return. Wlectrical and plumbing systems shall be typical components for a restaurant. The owner will provide the food service equipment for final connection by the General Contractor.
