Addition of a Fourth Digester, a Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG) Waste Receiving Facility, Digester Gas Storage and Processing Facilities, Electricity Cogeneration Facilities, and Modification of Existing Influent Bar Screens, Primary Sludge De-gritting Facilities, and Existing Digester Systems; with Associated Sitework, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation. All bids shall be submitted sealed in envelopes and marked "Bid Request No. 2008-077".
