This is a pre-approved project For pre-approval please contact Waters Edge Aquatic Design at 913-438-4338. Bidders will be required to pre-qualify to the approval of the Engineer, on or before 5:00pm on the 13th day of April 2005. Refer to Section 00550 - Bidder's Statement of Qualifications for more detailed information. Utilize AIA 305 - Architect;s Contractor's Qualifications Statement or submit one (1) copy to Water's Edge Aquatic Design at 9812 Pflumm Road, Lenexa, Kansas 66215. A blank AIA 305 is included at the end of Section 00550 in the specifications. Fax copies are accepted but only with a follow-up hard copy.
Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Kelly Imaging. The City of Clinton will be paying for the reproduction of one full set per planholder. Planholder will be responsible for shipping costs. Additional non-refundable sets may be purchased from Kelly Imaging for $35.00, please make checks payable to Kelly Imaging for non-refundable sets.
