The work to be done includes the following: Construction of a new outdoor aquatic center with 21,400 square feet of water surface area, consisting of a 25-yard lap and diving pool, a shallow play pool, a lazy river with a water slide plunge pool, and a FlowRider. Water features include an open raft water slide, an enclosed raft water slide, a swirl bowl ride, a drop slide, one-meter springboard diving, three-meter platform diving, floatables, water spray features, water play structure, rockscape waterfalls, and other related items. Building structures include a 2380 sq. ft. filter building and a 5230 sq. ft. bathhouse with changing rooms, admissions, office, storage, and concessions. Site work includes walks, fencing, concrete deck, landscaping, and other related work.
