1) Demolition of existing buildings and site structures, and salavage and reuse of specified components.

2) Construction of a new structure of approximately 17,500 square feet, including basement.

3) Sitework and parking lot construction

The work will be constructed under a single prime contract.

The work includes, but is not limited to the following as described in the Contract Documents: earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, composite engineered wood roof trusses, SIPS roof panels, manufactured stone veneer, wood stud framing, wood siding, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, aluminum storefront entrances and glazed openings, flush wood doors, finish hardware, gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings, carpet tile, vinyl composition tile, painting, electrical, plumbing and mechanical.

Each General Contractor may receive not more than two (2) sets of the bidding documents. Mechanical and Electrical contractors may receive not more than one (1) set of bidding documents. No partial sets will be issued, nor will electronic documents be released.
