The work for the project, Blackwell Road - Langsford Road to South Legacy Park, includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Widening and reconstruction of Blackwell Road including curb and gutter, sidewalk, trail, drainage, street lighting, traffic signal, pavement marking and signing, as well as all labor, materials, equipment, tools superintendence, and any and all other services necessary to perform the work.
