Construction of improvements to an outdoor aquatic center, consisting of the addition of a lazy river, shallow play pool, and wading pool. The existing pool structures and pool decks will also be renovated. Water Features include an open flume waterslide, an enclosed flume waterslide, water spray features, water play structure, and other related items. Building structures include reconstruction of approximately 2,200 sq. ft. of bathhouse and a new 440 sq. ft. filter building. Site work includes walks, fencing, concrete deck, and other site related work.
