Water features include an open flume waterslide, one-meter springboard diving, three-meter springboard diving, floatables, water spray features, water play structure, famlly slide, current channel, speed slide, and other related items. Building structures include a 1,568 sq. ft. bathouse, a 1,139 sq. ft. office and concessions building, and a 1,100 sq. ft. filter building. Site work includes access drives, walks, fencing, concrete deck, and other related work.
