The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:

1. Antioch Middle School, 8200 West 71st St., Overland Park, KS 66204

a. Remodel of existing Science, Band, Vo-Tech Classrooms and infrastructure improvements including stage/theatrical, security systems, plumbing, electrical, asphalt, concrete flatwork, EFIS repair, locker replacement, and new roof top units all within the existing school.

2. Indian Woods Middle School, 9700 Woodson, Overland Park, KS 66207

a. Remodel of existing Science and Vo-Tech Classrooms and infrastructure improvements including stage/theatrical, sound system, security upgrades, plumbing, electrical, asphalt, concrete flatwork and remodel of +/- 4,600 SF of new library space all within the existing school.

Each General contractor may receive not more than two(2) sets of the bidding documents. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and steel contractors may receive not more than one (1) set of bidding documents. Other contractors may review plans at the plan rooms, or at the office of Kevin Cowan Architects. No partial sets will be issued.




Job Purchase Information:
Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Kelly Imaging for a Refundable fee of $250.00 per set if plans and specs are returned to Kelly Imaging in good condition within 15 Days of bid opening. Make checks payable to Kevin Cowan Architects. Mail checks to: Kelly Imaging, Attn: Distribution, 10840 W 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214-1632.

  • 02/01/2007 - Addendum #1 Addendum #1 - Consists of 14 pages of 8 1/2 x 11 sheets and 12 full size pages.
  • 02/12/2007 - Add 2 Addendum #2 - Consists of 1 full size drawing and 11 pages of 8.5 x 11.

The complete set of bid documents does not contain large format drawings.
