Work includes sitework, site demolition, auger cast piles, complete concrete frame structure with post tensioned slabs, asphalt, landscaping, site utilities, masonry, steel, rough and finish carpentry, roofing, sheet metal, eifs, doors, frames, hardware, aluminum windows, metal stud framing and drywall, carpet and resilient flooring, stone counter tops, painting, fire protection, plumbing, hvac, and electrical.
