Bids received after that time will not be accepted.

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.

No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project consists of the following:

General site construction including but not limited to: Minor reconfiguration of existing curbs, gutters, & sidewalks to create an ADA accessible path from the parking lot to the NW high school entrance, removal and replacement of concrete paving sections, concrete curbs and gutters, & concrete sidewalks, parking lot striping and signage near the Northwest and Southeast corners of the building.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on the following day:

Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. C.D.T.
