Bids received after that time will not be accepted.

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.

No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project consists of the following:

General Site Construction including but not limited to: Reconfiguration of the parking lot, entrance / exit drives, access drive, utilities, storm water systems, curb & gutter, sidewalks, fencing, site lighting, and parking lot striping and signage on all sides of the building.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on the following day:

Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. C.D.T.
