Bids will be opened publicly in order received.

Bids received after that time will not be accepted.

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.

No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project consists of the following:

General Site Construction including but not limited to: Reconfiguration of the pavement on the North and West sides of the building, entrance / exit drive, utilities, storm water systems, curb & gutter, sidewalks, fencing & gates, gate operators, exterior turnstile, site lighting, replacement of long jump runways and landing pits, parking lot striping, signage, and landscaping.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on the following day:

Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. C.D.T.
