General Notice
City of Emporia, KS (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
City of Emporia \ Lyon County Transfer Station Tipping Floor Repair
24-1337
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Public Works Center located at 1220 Hatcher Street, Emporia, KS, 66801, until the above time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Removal of damaged tipping floor concrete.
Replacement of concrete and repair of concrete drain.
Scarification or tipping floor surface.
Installation of emery aggregate topping.
Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows:

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
