Sealed bids for the 2026 Public Roads, Rights-of-Way & Parks Maintenance Agreement (the “Contract”) will be accepted by the City of Wildwood, Department of Public Works, 16860 Main Street, Wildwood, Missouri 63040, until the above time.

The Scope of Work includes on-call maintenance for public streets, rights-of-way and parks within the City of Wildwood and provides for snow and ice removal, asphalt patching repairs, concrete street and sidewalk replacement, grass cutting, tree trimming and removal, litter control, storm sewer repair and replacement, street sweeping, pavement marking, removal of animals and other hazards, emergency repairs, crack filling, sign maintenance, electrical services, plumbing services, irrigation services, landscaping and other routine or required maintenance as ordered by the Director of Public Works.

Bid packages can be previewed or purchased in hard copy or electronic form from Drexel Technologies at https://projectbids.drexeltech.com/ or by calling (314) 872-0900.Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing construction for public works, as defined by Missouri law, under the Contract, exclusive of maintenance work, according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri.

Based on the bids received, multiple contractors will be selected to address the diverse maintenance requirements of the City of Wildwood. The City will award contracts based on the bids that, in its sole discretion, are the lowest responsible bids. The City of Wildwood reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the bids, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and/or to award the Contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid, with or without negotiation.
