Sealed bids for W. 199th St – Ridgeview Rd to Renner Rd will be received by the City of Spring Hill, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk until the above time in the Office of the City Clerk. At the time all sealed bids will be transferred to the Sunflower Room, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.

All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City of Spring Hill City Clerk and marked “W. 199th St – Ridgeview Rd to Renner Rd.” Plans and specifications are on file at the office of the City Clerk, located at City of Spring Hill, 401 N Madison Street, Spring Hill, Kansas 66083.

Pre-Bid Meeting – NEW LOCATION

The Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 9:00am. The Pre-Bid meeting will be held in the MEADOWLARK ROOM located in the Spring Hill City Hall / Civic Center (401 N. Madison St, Spring Hill, KS).

As a reminder, attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged, but NOT mandatory. Minutes from the pre-bid meeting will be released in Addendum #3 following the meeting.
