The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain sealed proposals from qualified signage companies to perform the services to provide the signage for the City of O’Fallon, New Public Works Facility – Signage project in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein for the City of O’Fallon (City). NOTE there are two separate buildings under this project (a public works building and a fleet building).

The scope of work will include, but not limited to, the Signage Company furnishing and installing all the signs as listed in this RFP and coordinate final selections and colors with the City and its Architect.

An agreement will be established and submitted to City Council for approval to provide the signage for the new Public Works Facility.

This RFP provides prospective individuals and organizations with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the City to satisfy the needs as outlined in the scope of work.

Sealed proposals must be received by the City of O’Fallon, Missouri; Purchasing Office, 100 North Main Street; O’Fallon, Missouri 63366 prior to the above time. Each proposal shall consist of one original (identified as such), and one electronic copy on thumb or flash drives (no CD’s) of the complete proposal. The file submitted on thumb drives shall include all attachments and signatures, where applicable.

Proposals must be clearly identified as a proposal for the City of O’Fallon, Missouri “RFP # 25-069 O’Fallon New Public Works Facility - Signage” and shall show such information on the outside of the proposal packet. Do not staple or submit bid in any type of binder; binder clips are acceptable. See label attached to this RFP

It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure that their proposal is received in the Purchasing Office, prior to the deadline. Companies mailing proposals should allow ample mail delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposals. Proposals received after the deadline for receipt of proposals will not be considered. Proposals will not be accepted by facsimile or email transmittal. Proposals may be withdrawn by notifying the City in writing prior to the deadline. The City has the authority to reject any and all proposals in part or in total and to re-advertise or re-solicit proposals.

All questions must be submitted in writing to City’s Project Manager, no later than 5:00 pm. (CDT) on September 22, 2025 by 5:00 PM CDT via email. The City will respond by the end of day on Friday, September 26, 2025 to questions from Respondents. Answers to questions will only be distributed via addendum through Drexel Technologies https://projectbids.drexeltech.com/projects/public.
