Bid Info:   We are accepting specialty contractor and supplier proposals for the above referenced project. We invite you to bid on any item of material or work in which you specialize. Include on sealed bid proposal envelop the name of the project and bid package number. If submitting for more than one package, then each bid for each package must be in separate sealed envelopes. Faxed bids are also acceptable - please send faxed bids to 479-636-3650. Bids must be based on a lump sum contract. This is not a public bid opening.

Skelly Elementary School is a new stand alone elementary school facility of approximately 73,000 square feet located adjacent to the existing Skelly Elementary School in Eld Dorado, KS. Scope for the early site package includes earthwork, storm drainage, sanitary sewer & water extensions.



Job Purchase Information:
Full size plans and specifications will be made available on a first-come, first-serve basis for a refundable fee of $200.00. Plans and Specifications are refundable if returned in good condition to Drexel Technologies within 10 days of bid opening - make checks payable to Nabholz Construction.
Additionally, plans and specifications may be obtained via download or CD for a fee of $27.23 (non-refundable)

Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.

The complete set of bid documents does not contain large format drawings.
