Project includes approximately 30,000 sf renovation of an existing hotel ground floor lobby and restaurant spaces. The following scopes have been pre-selected: Demolition, Concrete, Finish Carpentry Installation and Electrical.



Job Purchase Information:
Regarding the Interior Finish plans:
A full size (24 x 36) set may be obtained for $62.49 per set (non refundable).
A half size set may be obtained for $27.46 per set (non refundable).

Regarding the Yarnell - Architectural Lighting plans:
A full size (11 x 17) set of may be obtained for $9.43 per set (non refundable).

A full set of specifications may be obtained for $82.84 per set (non refundable).

Contract Documents may also be picked up on CD or a downloaded for a Non-Refundable fee of $27.23.

Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.
