PreBid Info:   Pre-bid meetings will be held on October 1st, 2018 at the Heritage Elementary Community Room, 1501 School Road, Lake Ozark, MO 65049. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled according to Bid Package and are limited in size to provide more in-depth discussion of specific project requirements, bid instructions, etc. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged and will be considered in final evaluation of bid proposals.

Bid Info:   Nabholz Construction Corporation is accepting Subcontractor and Supplier proposals for the SCHOOL OF THE OSAGE HIGH SCHOOL ADDITIONS & RENOVATIONS. Nabholz invites you to bid on any Bid Package in which you specialize. All bid proposals received shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Manager’s Manual (the “CM Manual”). Bid Packages will be due at the Heritage Elementary Community Room, 1501 School Road, Lake Ozark, MO 65049 at the following times:

1. All Phase 2 Projects:
  • 10:00 AM Bid Package 009.00.01 – Bid Package 009.08.03 (site, structure, and envelope)
  • 12:00 PM Bid Package 009.09.01 – Bid Package 009.12.02 (interiors, specialties, and equipment); and
  • 2:00 PM Bid Package 009.22.01 – Bid Package 009.33.01 (MEP, site improvements)

Project Location: Lake Ozark, MO

Public Notes:
A brief description of the Project is as follows: Additions: 15,000 SF, includes tech/arts shop and locker rooms. Renovations: 30,000 SF, includes auditorium, locker rooms, kitchen, band space, choir space, nurse room, speech room, and business classrooms.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidding Documents (24 x 36) may be obtained for $298.47 per set (non refundable).
Additionally, bid documents may be picked up on a CD or Downloaded for $65.61 (non refundable).

Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.
